Boating in Cape Coral

In Florida you are allowed to drive boats of any kind without license. Rentals are not cheap at all, but definitely worth it, since Cape Coral with its 400 miles of canals rightly has the name "Water Wonderland". Just take the boat when going to dinner (for example at "Rumrunner’s" in the marina) or explore the town by boating through the canals. Or do some fishing and dining on Pine Island: in the beach restaurant they serve alligator meat.
Or you go by boat into the Gulf of Mexico, where you can anchor in a lonely bay of Sanibel or Captiva for swimming, fishing or dining.Even there are some delightful spots, which can be reached only by boat. Some of these we have listed below:

Picnicking or swimming on "Picnic-Island".
Swimming, fishing on "Cabbage Key" and then have dinner in the local restaurant.
Shelling, swimming, fishing or dining in "North Captiva".
Shelling, swimming, fishing in the "Cayo Costa National park".
Fishing or swimming in the "Redfish Pass".
Fishing, shelling, swimming, in the "Captiva Pass".

Do we need to explain more? Just go there and experience your own adventure. Rent your boat here and cruise to places, which are out of reach for the others.
