House-Description

Our vacation home has a western exposure and is located at the canal with gulf access.
It was built in 1999 and is in a flawless condition.
The arrangement and decoration is elegant and tasteful.
The house has 3 bedrooms, an office with studio couch (serving as bed no. 7 and 8), 3.5 bathrooms, an electrically heatable pool, whirlpool with waterfall, big patio, boat dock and an atmosphere, in which you will totally feel good.

Villa Alica is located in a quiet residential area but nevertheless central in the heart of Cape Coral. The next shopping facility is 1.5 miles away. In the same distance you will find banks, gas-stations, fast-food restaurants etc.

The garden of the house with its numerous palmtrees and other sub-tropical plants borders directly to a 120 feet wide salt-water canal. Starting from our boat-dock you will reach the gulf of Mexico without passing a lock in just 25 minutes by boat.
