Villa "Alica" was built in 1999 as a massive construction and is a detached Florida-bungalow with a total living area of 2,150 square feet. On the wonderfully quite waterfront lot which has a size of approx. 11,000 square feet you will find an ample patio and pool area. The house is located at a sea water canal! The journey time by boat to the Gulf of Mexico is about 25 minutes. The distance to the next shopping center is approximately 2 miles.

The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 adults plus 2 children.

The interior arrangement and decoration is elegant. (Take a look at the pictures...).

There are 3 bedrooms (1 king-size-bed, 1 queen-size-bed and 2 single). Two of them have direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms are equipped with walk-in closets.

In addition there is the reading room (office) which is equipped with a huge studio couch for 2 persons additionally.

|
The house has 3 bathrooms as well as a pool bath.
|
|
Each room is provided with outlets of the central air-conditioning system as well as ceiling fans.
|
|
Bedclothes, towels, beach towels, kitchen towels and hair dryer are provided.

|
The fully equipped kitchen contains microwave oven, dish washer, fridge with icemaker and ice crusher, range with ceran plates and oven, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, an electrical citrus-press, waffle iron and of course ample dishes, glassware and cutlery for 8 persons.

Besides the 2 TV-sets with video recorder and DVD-Player the house is equipped with telephone, and alarm system and a stereo system with switchable speaker sets for the living room and the patio.

The pool with its size of 30 x 15 feet is heatable and covered by a cage (screen) which serves as protection against insects. Additionally there is heatable whirlpool with waterfall.

|
Garden furniture, deckchairs, sunshade and gas grill with accessories are also belonging to the house.
|
|
In the utility room you will find a cloth washer, a cloth dryer a flat iron and an ironing board.
|
|
The two car garage is equipped with an electrical door with remote controls. There are 5 bicycles and complete fishing rod equipment which can be used.
|
|
Once a week pool and garden are serviced.
|
|
The house is taken care of by a property management on the spot.
|
|
To avoid boredom, you will find in our house games, books, CDs, DVDs and beach loungers and chairs for relaxation.
